Eligibility Criteria
Category: Applicant must belong to SC, ST, OBC, or EBC category with valid caste certificate
Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Bihar
Education: Must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) examination
Course: Pursuing any recognized post-matriculation course (Class 11, 12, Graduation, Post Graduation, Diploma, etc.)
Income Limit: Family annual income should not exceed ₹2.5 Lakh
Institute: Studying in a government recognized educational institution
